Project Save the Poor combats the problem of poverty in rural areas by tackling the two major root causes of poverty; education and lack of information on modern/improved production, processing and storage techniques as well as preventive measures, forecasts, market prices and other valuable information. This is achieved by harnessing the available enterprise solutions to poverty to make it accessible to rural dwellers in their local language.
The harnessed information is disseminated by use of intelligent mobile information delivery, 'train the trainer' programs, and self-learning video packages. Participants register on our solution platform (The Ozone Solution) and are provided access to information as well as training solutions provided via community leaders. The impact is measured via the program software, involved companies and intermediate surveys.
